ProfileCommercial Counsel The candidate responsibility include coordination of the commercial contract review process with Sales and Sales Operations stakeholders, drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements, development and delivery of training for global stakeholders, and regular review and update of contract templates and corporate policies and procedures. Draft and negotiate licenses, product purchase, service, distributor, reseller, technology partner and other sales related agreements. Support the drafting and negotiation of other agreements including NDAs, channel partner agreements and technology partner agreements as needed. Advise and assist various internal stakeholders in development and maintenance of standard contract terms and conditions. Manage development and updates to contracts playbook resources to document best practices. Develop materials and deliver policies and procedures training to global stakeholders. Ensure contracts comply with all relevant policies and procedures. Must have BA/BS and JD degree. Should be a lawyer qualified to practice in one U.S. State, California State Bar preferred. Should have 5-10 years of experience in-house, law firm or mix. Experience with transactional, contracts and licensing agreements is required. Transactional experience in the APJ region is desired.
