Senior Business Development Manager, Business Messaging The candidate will be responsible for: Driving Product Adoption and Revenue through Partnerships. Build strong relationships with key partners and develop in-depth understanding of partner products, business lines and key objectives. Structure and negotiate revenue producing outcomes between the firm and Partners at appropriate stages of product adoption and maturity. Drive new products and services through internal the firm cycles to meet partner demands. Understand developer and API products (including recently announced DM APIs and “bot†guidelines) and corresponding customers of those products. Develop strategies for product adoption, growth in the partner ecosystem and new revenue lines. Interact with partners and customers to identify market demand for specific products or services, and prioritize based on impact. Work closely with appropriate the firm sales, channel, product, support, finance teams to build joint partner solutions and go to market strategy. Support creation of new products or services to support businesses in leveraging the firm. Must have 5+ years of relevant Business Development experience, MBA, Law degree or similar post-graduate degree preferred. Should have proven experience driving large groups of internal stakeholders to consensus and close for technical partnerships/deals. Experience independently negotiating and closing strategic partner deals, including partnerships that require deep sales and product integrations between companies is essential.
