Credit Bureau Vendor Manager Responsibilities: Serves as primary point of contact for all four credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion and Innovis). Ensures FHB data quality in reporting to credit bureaus. Engages with FHB business units and assists in leveraging enterprise volumes and central negotiations to maximize the best contract terms and pricing. Acts as Vendor Manager for credit bureaus which include quarterly governance, due diligence and information security site visits. Knowledgeable on new credit bureau services and proactively provides business units and branches opportunities for new growth, efficiencies and cost reductions.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent 3+ years’ experience in business, law or other related field required. Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred. Law degree, Credit Bureau experience and/or Vendor Management preferred. Periodic contact with other vendors is essential. Must have analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. Possesses high attention to detail with excellent follow-through is essential.
