Program Manager Duties: A key member of the management team. Will encompass a variety of responsibilities to include supporting projects and liaising with senior stakeholders, as well as developing plans to identify activities needed to complete programs. Defining the scope of the program and supporting projects by incorporating a product introduction lifecycle management process and a Program Management Plan. Developing detailed budgets for budget periods defined by Finance and managing a Capital Committee that oversees capital expenditure. Managing the Program Management Office and up to 6 staff in accordance with established policies and practices within the organization, ensuring personnel training is provided on the Program. Monitoring the progress of the Program and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders to include the appropriate staff on the progress of the Program. Reviewing the quality of work completed with the Program team regularly, to ensure it meets Program standards. Writing and presenting reports on the Program to shareholders, management, external customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. Implementing and managing a risk management process. Ensuring that the Program deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality. Evaluating the outcomes of the Program.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years demonstrated experience in Program Management. Or a Masters degree and 8+ years demonstrated experience in Program Management. Or a JD Degree/PhD and 4+ years demonstrated experience in Program Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly with MS Project and PowerPoint. In order to be considered for this opportunity. Preferred: Engineering or relevant technical degree. Program Management Professional certification. Knowledge of power generation systems, specifically solid oxide fuel cell systems. Experience in a product development environment. Fluent in Korean, both written and verbal.
