ProfileContracts Executive, Senior The candidate's responsibilities: Manage assigned contracts for customers including analysis, modifications, and negotiation of terms and conditions as well as pricing. Ensure Company's compliance to U.S. Government requirements including the Federal Acquisition Regulations and related procurement law. Assess, prepare, and obtain necessary Company approvals for non-standard product quotations and major proposals to customers. Review, negotiate, and execute other agreements and documents on behalf of Company including non-disclosure, license, and pricing agreements as well as certifications and representations to customers. Provide guidance, recommendations, and closure of export control matters, including proper licensing, for Company's products and customers. Draft export license applications to the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce. Generate recommendations to senior management. Demonstrate leadership within Company regarding all assignments. Maintain electronic files and records. Recommend process improvements.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Business or law-related bachelor's degree. Should have 5 - 10 years experience in military electronics. Strong knowledge of business law. Working knowledge of the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, International Traffic and Arms Regulations, and the Export Administration Regulations. Fluency in Outlook, Excel, and related computer tools. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and writing skills. Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined within ITAR. Be eligible to become an Empowered Official as defined within ITAR.
