Director, Compliance Investigations The candidate will be responsible for initially assessing, and, as warranted, investigating internal and external allegations and reports regarding potential violations of, among other things, firm’s Code of Ethics and Principles of Conduct. firm’s Compliance Policies and Procedures. and various laws and regulations that apply to C-HS’s business, including Federal and State healthcare program requirements (“Compliance Investigations”). Will prepares reports for the Global Compliance Officer, the Medicare/Medicaid Compliance Officer, the Executive and Compliance/Legal Leadership Teams, and the Audit Committee of firm’s Board of Directors. Ensuring that all Compliance and Ethics inquiries and reports are promptly assessed and, as warranted, timely and thoroughly investigated. Ensuring that files and materials related to Compliance Investigations are accurate and complete. In collaboration with Internal Audit and the Legal Department, developing for presentation to senior management a protocol for conducting Compliance Investigations. Ensuring that regulatory complaints related to, among other things, sales and marketing, are promptly and effectively investigated and resolved. Ensuring that findings and conclusions of Compliance Investigations are timely and effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders. In collaboration with Internal Audit and the Legal Department, determining whether matters and/or findings or conclusions should be disclosed to federal and/or state agencies. Managing the administration of the firm's Health Spring “Secret Shopping” program and ensuring that identified concerns are promptly investigated, effectively remediated and monitored. And Ensuring that appropriate policies and procedures, and training and education programs, are adopted as warranted by findings in Compliance Investigations.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees. Certificate in healthcare compliance preferred. Must have 8+ years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, ideally with a law firm and a company. Preference for experience with a relevant federal or state agency, such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or a State Attorney General Office. Significant experience performing enforcement and/or internal investigations and expertise in Medicare and Medicaid program requirements is required.
