Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in related fields such as land management or business administration, or equivalent experience in a related field. 3+ years’ experience in related areas of right-of-way or land functions, including direct acquisition and damage settlements experience. Land Contract preparation and interpretation experience. Have computer experience with Microsoft Office (including Access Database), Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products. Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a high level of customer satisfaction. Have the motivation and ability to improve existing processes. Have a strong desire to learn and expand. May have: Law degree or paralegal Certificate. Experience in Midstream pipeline industry (strongly preferred). Successful completion of at least 1 approved IRWA or other comparable courses. Knowledge of Natural Gas Exploration and Production, gathering, and transmission.
