Corporate Associate Attorney Responsibilities: The candidate will work closely with partners to draft and negotiate agreements related to acquisition and leveraged financing. Work directly with issuers, investment banks, and other market participants in connection with equity and debt securities and other international capital market transactions. Consult corporate clients including banks and lenders.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate should have graduated in the top 25% of your law school class. Must be licensed to practice law in Florida or be willing to sit for the next Florida bar exam. At least two (2) years of corporate M&A and finance experience working on sophisticated transactions in a large law firm environment.
