Palo Alto office seeks junior to mid-level corporate and securities attorney having 2-3 years of corporate and securities experience. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and negotiation of a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactional agreements and related documentation for a global client base engaged in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and venture capital related transactions, assisting in the management and execution of various corporate-related aspects of global transactions and conducting legal research on various corporate law issues. Should preferably have experience in managing and closing complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. Law review experience is a plus. Must be admitted to and in good standing of the California State Bar.
