Corporate Attorney The candidate should have 2-4 years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies. Must have experience representing public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance; representing private companies in a wide variety of organizational and finance matters, including venture financings; representing buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions; representing companies, investors and underwriters in public securities transactions and managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Must have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
