System Director Of Corporate Duties: Leading and coordinating system-wide, project management of corporate responsibility initiatives used to oversee and monitor compliance (legal, regulatory, policy and ethical). Planning, overseeing and implementing all elements of the compliance program for assigned regions and entities, as well as assisting the Corporate Vice President - Corporate Responsibility in other program areas. Assures that all elements of the Corporate Responsibility program infrastructure, including HIPAA Privacy, are effectively deployed throughout the system, and works with Corporate and Entity leaders in order to remove barriers to successful implementation of Corporate Responsibility.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: Master’s degree in Law, Regulatory Affairs, Healthcare Administration or Business. 10 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years of which have been in a compliance related role.
