National Commercial Escrow Support Operations Manager Duties: Provides legal review and evaluation of escrow processes. Supervise the escrow support staff in centralized clerical processing unit that processes all documentation associated with the initiation or closing of residential escrows. Work relieves branches of high volume paperwork for higher quality customer service and to provide time for promoting and generating new business. Supervises team of Escrow Support Personnel in a small office or in a larger office, reporting to an Escrow Support Manager. Defines delivery of services and monitors quality control. May communicate information, instructions and issues to Branch personnel. Provides training to employees in Escrow Support Center and Escrow branches. Supports closing transaction by setting appointments; assembling documents; checking documents for completeness and accuracy; answering questions. Completes closing by recording and filing documents; distributing final closing statements and title. Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering to requirements. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Law Degree required. Admittance to practice in state of employment. Licensed to practice law, in good standing. 4+ years Settlement Services or Transactional Commercial/Residential Real Estate experience. Prior supervisory experience required. Proficient in MS Office.
