Contract Remote Attorney Editor - Corporate Governance Duties: Will be specializing in corporate governance and experienced in drafting and submitting documents to PA Secretary of State, to work on documents that will be published online. Will write, edit, and update state-specific litigation resources in accordance with writing style, including practice notes, checklists and standard documents explaining how to practice in state court. Available to answer questions and perform research on discrete state law issues that arise in the final review of these resources.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification Requirements: The candidate should have 6+ years’ experience working as a corporate governance attorney with experience drafting and submitting documents to the PA Secretary of State. Candidate’s recent legal practice has been focused exclusively on corporate matters, specifically corporate governance will be considered. Ability to perform complex legal analysis. Enthusiasm and ambition, with a desire to improve the efficiency of legal services.
