Administrative Assistant The candidate will provides advanced administrative support requiring a broad and comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and practices. Independently ensures office systems and divisional procedures, policies and practices are administered effectively. Will interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers on a variety of issues which require tact and diplomacy and provide functional guidance and training to other associates within the Division. Report into a VP or SVP and respond to questions and requests and researches information. Interfaces with a variety of customers on issues which are complex or of a confidential nature and involves appropriate associates from other departments or divisions to resolve issues and provide functional guidance and training to other associates within Division. Composes correspondence and memorandums and schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Analyses operating practices and creates/revises systems and procedures as necessary and organizes and maintains office filing system, record keeping systems, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements. Compiles, summarizes and analyzes data. Plans and creates various routine and complex reports and oversees and monitors administrative projects. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Law Degree and an Associate's degree in secretarial science or equivalent experience. Must have 5-7 years of related experience. Strong PC skills and experience with company standard software packages is needed.
