Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy Duties: Be responsible for leading a number of strategic projects, problem-solve with leaders and within firm as requested by Strategy, and provide guidance to organization around problem structuring, action planning, and recommendation synthesis. Provide ongoing support to Head of Strategy and Corporate Development and other senior leaders, including analysis, preparation of reports, strategy decks to firm Senior Management and Board of Directors, preparing presentations for internal and external audiences, and acting as change-agent internally within firm. Support Head of Strategy on monthly and quarterly reporting commitments (i.e., senior leadership team at firm, Board of Directors, and any requests from CEO office) in strong coordination with other lateral functions. Support regions/countries/marketing teams to ensure proper preparation for Market Reviews, Country visits, customer meetings. Prepare presentations of high-quality for internal and external use (Senior Leadership Meetings, Executive meetings, Board of Directors, media, analysts, key events) ensure that presentations are prepared well in advance, creative, tailored to audience, and without mistakes. Lead special projects at request of Head of Strategy. Provide ad hoc support, providing Head of Strategy with leverage. Problem-solve with and leaders within firm. Provide guidance to organization around problem structuring, action planning, and recommendation synthesis. Drive key analytics and evaluation for strategy and business development. Support Long range planning meetings: preparing templates, models, preparing agenda; guiding presenters in standards and deadlines; preparing pre-reads; writing and distributing minutes and following up on action items and commitments; and ensuring smooth meeting management including timeliness. Prepare ad-hoc meetings/events and ensure early preparation input so events be-come unique (Senior Leadership Meeting etc.) Qualifications: University degree. Advanced degree such as MBA, JD, MD, PhD or other Science discipline. 5-10 Years of Experience. 2+ years of top-tier consulting background; Pharma experience very desirable. Excellent communication and conceptual synthesis skills (written and oral, PowerPoint mastering). Proven ability to collaborate effectively across a Global, matrix company.
