Associate Candidate will be responsible for conducting complex financial analysis in several primary areas of the business. Responsibilities also include new deal evaluation; diligence and legal documentation of pending deals; and analysis of company operations to identify profit improvement opportunities and assist management in decision-making. Manage intermediaries including lawyers, investment bankers and consultants throughout the investment lifecycle. Generate detailed financial models including LBO and merger models to analyze potential investments. Perform due diligence on potential investments: meet management, analyze key company metrics, review financial models and identify key areas of opportunity and risk. Create quarterly and annual financial forecasts. Coordinate diligence sessions with co-investors, lenders and other financing sources.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate with MBA and/or JD degree is preferred. 5+ years of work experience in corporate finance or M&A is required. Experience in enterprise software industry is preferred.
