Associate County Attorney The candidate must have JD degree from accredited law school and MD Bar admission. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have 4+ years of transactional experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, handling and reviewing solicitations for procurements and bid protests. Experience documenting and closing commercial transactions. Must possess ability to independently handle transactions and negotiate contracts with minimal supervision. Experience advising and counseling key personnel and decision-makers. Must possess exceptional analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and skilled at developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
