Project Coordinator / Admin The candidate will provides administrative and/or basic analytical support on projects.. Will be coordinating information flow and reporting, creating and maintaining documentation, maintaining and updating databases, tracking project activities and progress, liaising with project staff and internal/external contacts. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills required and a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 3-4 years of Project Coordinator or related work experience.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a College degree and/or related work experience totaling 8+ years of post-high school, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management or a related field or a Juris Doctor degree with 4+ years of lease or property management related experience preferred. Must preferably have 2+ years of telecommunications / overall site development knowledge related experience is preferred. Experience with landlord-tenant relationships, contracts, financial analysis and reporting is very desirable.
