Staff Attorney The candidate will have exemplary customer service skills, regular and timely attendance as well as ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply laws, rules, and regulations associated with the child support enforcement program; will provide positive interaction with customers and the public in a courteous and professional manner; will include providing all legal services required to establish paternity, child support, medical support and the enforcement of new and existing orders; provides legal advice, counsel and litigation services.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree and a license to practice law in state the project is located; will have legal experience in domestic relations law or as a prosecutor is desired; experience in child support preferred; familiarity with an office environment including the use of automated systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Hyland OnBase, ADP and aptitude to learn new programs and applications, such as the state system.
