Business Manager for IWM Centralized Compliance Unit The candidate will support the definition and execution of the strategic roadmap, book of work and target operating model, ensuring monitoring and controlling of budget as well as topics such as audit points tracking, front to back and internal training agenda, presentations and management support; As a representative of the IWM CCU will participate in projects and regulatory initiatives, task forces within the bank, as well as selectively run initiatives requiring client outreach; will closely collaborate with SUB CCU in platform, governance and framework matters to ensure consistency in execution across the department; will have the opportunity to work closely with various (business) partners in Compliance and Front Office internationally and to collaborate with multiple business partners on all seniority levels with organizing content, preparing and facilitating internal meetings and discussions.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a university degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, Finance or Law). Have gathered expertise in a compliance, consulting, strategy, business management, project management, or chief-of-staff function. Have prior experience in Compliance and / or Regulatory Affairs this would be seen as a plus, strong interest in Compliance is expected. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle Front Office and demanding business partners locally and internationally. Fluent English skills are a requirement, German skills are an asset. An expert in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint and have excellent command of other MS office products. Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to write clear and concise business communications for senior management audiences. Deep understanding of the functions of a major international bank, good organizational skills as well as the capability to think and act independently enable to operate in a dynamic, often-changing environment.
