Lead Contracts Administrator The candidate will ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and company business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws. Contribute to business growth by identifying and mitigating contractual risks. Empower leaders to make informed and strategic decisions related to supplier and customer agreements. Draft agreements. Negotiate contracts. Interpret terms. Identify risk in agreements. Focus on speed of contracting. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 7+ years of experience in commercial contracting OR Advanced graduate degree with 4+ years experience in commercial contracting required. JD or MBA preferred. Advanced ability to analyze, draft and negotiate complex agreements and attention to detail and ability to work across functions required. Solid analytical skills and strong business acumen required. Strong organizational skills required.
