ProfileOperations Director (Remote Opportunity) Duties: Perform as a key member of the senior management team responsible for meeting cost, schedule and quality requirements of the project and will oversee all contract administrative functions including policy, budget and financial controls. Participate with executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans. Identify, research and manage service level risks related to scheduling and staffing; determine resolutions and execute to ameliorate risks. Analyze client metrics and staffing on a consistent basis to maximize efficiency for all operations across multiple programs and clients. Build collaborative relationships between project offices, operations, training, human resources, capacity planning and others as needed to ensure objectives are met and exceeded. Responsible for all P&L activities related to the contract and manage all financial activities related to the project, annual budget process, and monthly and quarterly forecast and review. Engage in rebid and other business development initiatives to grow business. Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans and execution oversight. Oversee the quality and timeliness of contractually-required reports and deliverables and quality assurance and manage any necessary corrective actions to ensure consistent application of laws, regulations, policies and procedures pertinent to the project. Develop program performance goals and objectives and monitor achievement of such goals. Propose changes in policies and procedures to improve processes and ensure contract compliance. Develop processes to support project changes and oversee their implementation.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required. JD Degree from an accredited law school required. 5 years' experience required with client contract responsibilities. 8+ years' management experience required. Social Security Disability Eligibility experience preferred. Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling and attendance administration required. Background in Human Services and/or state government contracting preferred. Proven ability to develop and manage budget and financial forecasts, and meet and exceed goals. Proven ability to maintain up-to-date and accurate knowledge of all applicable statutes, regulations and contractual requirements to ensure project is in compliance. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization required. Business analytics, BPM, Six Sigma, other process improvement exposure preferred. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with minimal supervision. Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
