ProfileCorporate Counsel Responsibilities : The candidate will be reviewing, drafting, negotiating and administering commercial agreements, such as sales, procurement and licensing contracts. Qualification and Experience
Requirements : The candidate should be Licensed to practice in Texas. At least three(3) years of industry related experience is required. 5-8 years’ experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. HR experience preferred. Self-directed and motivated with a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure. Practical and solutions oriented. Strong team building skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a diverse work environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills. High value for accuracy and attention to detail.
