Contracts Management Specialist Responsibilities: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial contracts under the supervision of attorneys. Review and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements, vendor services agreements, statements of work, and software licenses, as well as supporting contract form maintenance and procurement policy implementation. Prepares, negotiates, and manages various standard and non-standard contracts for the organization to ensure they comply with business requirements as well as corporate policy. Creates, updates, and preserves important corporate records. Performs legal research and reports findings to management. Drafts legal documents of some complexity. Oversees the planning and execution of board meetings. Provides support as needed. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. JD Degree from accredited law school or paralegal certificate preferred. 3-15+ years of Contracts Management experience with contract review, negotiation and drafting. Generally requires 5-7 years related experience Extensive experience with non-disclosure agreements, professional service agreements and software licensing is preferred. Excellent negotiating, drafting, problem solving and communications skills. Ability to work effectively with management and operations personnel, simultaneously manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with consistently high quality work product. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Possesses knowledge of the law and legal processes. Demonstrates excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
