Contracts and Compliance Administrator Duties: Provides support and assistance to the Compliance and Ethics Department. Working closely with all members of the department. Will assist in coordinating and maintaining all aspects of the contracts lifecycle and compliance and ethics responsibilities, including supporting the maintenance of Compliance 360®, tracking and monitoring activities, HIPAA privacy, licensures, administrative and departmental matters and other ancillary matters. Supports Compliance and& Ethics Management by providing information and support required to develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures necessary to achieve strategic objectives. Support the Compliance and Ethics Department, specifically the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Contracts Manager and Compliance Manager, in coordinating and maintaining all aspects of the contracts lifecycle, compliance and ethics responsibilities, HIPAA privacy, licensure and other ancillary matters such as generating reports and performing special projects. Reviews, analyzes and drafts contract language, under the direction of the Contracts Manager. Acts as department liaison by identifying problem patterns, implementing new processes, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and achieving improved communications and other processes between entities. Responsible for communicating such information to all departments. Coordinates and tracks company compliance activities, and assists in the monitoring and maintenance of the Compliance tracking systems. Performs a variety of duties to support the maintenance of the Compliance System (Compliance 360®). Identifies opportunities for cost savings or improved contract terms throughout the network. Perform administrative, departmental or clerical functions, as directed.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred field of study: business finance, law, health care administration or other related field). 5+ years’ experience in the compliance/contracts. Experience in healthcare or insurance industry preferred. Experience with all forms of government solicitations government contracts, including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues. Experience coordinating and working with varying departments regarding contracts to achieve proposal and program success. Senior level diplomatic approach to issue identification and resolution. Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office, and Visio. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent time management/project management skills.
