ProfileSenior Attorney - Hardware and Services Counsel The candidate will lead counsel for integrated PC sales and services financed offerings to large enterprises and institutions globally. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts supporting this growing business group (including financing partnership contracts with third party leasing/finance partners, managed services agreements with third party service provider partners, and customer facing hardware-as-a-service and software solutions agreements with large enterprise and institutional customers). Engage with firm lawyers globally for support on local legal issues including negotiating local customer transactions, customization of templates for local use and negotiating contracts with geo financing partners. Engage with and manage outside counsel on complex financial/leasing legal issues in the United States and globally. Provide legal and strategic advice as part of a team customizing, optimizing and expanding this financing business and associated service offerings. Must have 5+ years of relevant commercial procurement and customer contract experience working in-house or for a law firm. Should have experience in negotiating a range of commercial procurement and customer sales/leasing/financing/services agreements. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines with follow-through and minimal supervision is required. Technology sector and international experience is a plus.
