Contracts Manager I The candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors and other partners (such as for hardware, software license and maintenance agreements, professional services agreements (marketing, engineering, IT, facilities, etc.), logistics agreements, component supplier agreements, NDAs, and MOUs) from the point of request to contract execution. Works with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Legal, Finance) to structure contracts. Analyses contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 7+ years of related experience; J.D. and/or M.B.A. preferred. Must have strong understanding of and experience in procurement matters – enterprise licensing, manufacturing, supply chain, direct materials, and other supply agreements. Should have ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must have ability to identify and implement measures to streamline existing processes and procedures, and handle special projects and additional responsibilities, as requested. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are needed.
