Senior Contracts Analyst The candidate will assist in preparation and review of contracts as well as assist in tender preparation, interfacing with relevant Areas and Headquarters staff. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring contracts comply with Corporate Contract Policy; Review Tender Documents received; Review tender documents for equipment requirements and contractual variations; Use operating costs, estimated capital expenditure and tax planning to develop cost work-up for use in tender documents; Preparation of spreadsheets for commercial evaluation for presentation to President and Board of Directors; Review final submission documents for accuracy and thoroughness; Responsible for on-going contract management and document control of Master Contract File.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have University degree or J.D. with relevant experience. Should have 5+ years experience in Contracts Administration for a major drilling company. Must have knowledge of drilling contract language (IADC and Major Operator). Knowledge of operator’s tendering and contracting procedures and contract provisions are needed. Should have background with oilfield equipment and downhole tools. Understanding of contract management and invoicing per contract requirements are required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project. Bilingual is a plus. Should have excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Must have commercial and analytical skills.
