Sr. Contract Admin Consultant Responsibilities: Review, analyze, negotiate and draft changes to customer provided contracts and/or changes to company standard contracts. Draft and negotiate company service agreements and related agreements (e.g. NDAs). Support the sales team in general negotiations regarding company services and responses to RFPs, and they assume primary responsibility for negotiation of contract terms. Counsel internal customers on the implications of various terms and conditions of agreements and ensure that all contracts comply with the company's internal legal and business standard operating procedures. Innovative problem solving skills and business judgment during contract negotiations to minimize risk for the company and foster long-term business relations. Collaborate with and facilitate decision-making among various functional areas and business units. Sr. Contract Consultants facilitate the execution and safekeeping of final documentation and are also responsible for accurate and complete data entry in the on-line database.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: A degree in Law. 1 year contract administration experience. 3-4 years of experience of involving contract drafting and negotiation in a corporate setting or private transactional legal practice.
