Contracts Administrator Duties: Focus on initial review of Terms and Conditions identifying risk areas and coordination of mitigation plans with PM. RFP documents review - Identify and communicate key proposal parameters/ requirements. Coordinate all proposal activities with PM & Pricing. Review proposal for RFP compliance - contractual documents, e.g. (Reps & Certs, other certifications as required). Coordinate appropriate Data Rights Assertion with PM, Engineering, Intellectual Counsel & Pricing. Submittal of proposal and customer follow-up. Monitor all proposal activity via Proposal Status Log. Lead Price negotiations with PM and Pricing negotiation team. Coordinate, and orchestrate, all fact-finding / negotiation and price documentation to and from the Customer. Ensure appropriate Management approvals in place for final acceptance. Initiate "Sweep" for TINA certification, if applicable, and submit TINA Cert. Work closely with Customer to resolve any discrepancies, obtain necessary approvals for acceptance, sign and submit to Customer for countersigning. Upon receipt of a fully executed contract or a contract modification, initiate CIMD for Costpoint. Monitor contract during the execution phase to anticipate funding requirements, period of performance related issues, 75% notifications, and the potential for added scope. Partner with PM in contract execution and issue resolution - meetings, customer communications, strategies of execution, change management control, modifications, deliveries (CDRL & hardware), assist in billing/payment issues. Initiate Contract Close-out activities including submittal of appropriate "sweep" documents 2 months before expiration of contract period of performance. Partners with technical staff, program managers, business management to include program control, pricing and executive management to ensure effective process. Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of agreements. Maintains contract status databases and contract file documentation. Reviews all correspondence concerning contracts and responds as necessary. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and means to mitigate contractual/program risks; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Understands Forward Pricing Rates, Cost structure estimates of material, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: J.D. degree with 7+ years of experience. Experience with FAR, DFAR and other Governmental regulations. Exemplary analytical and verbal communication skills, contract drafting ability, the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills. Experience in planning, assessing and implementing change.
