Profile

Contract Manager The candidate will review, draft, interpret and negotiate contractual documents and agreements. Review RFP and draft RFP responses as required. Provide Contract, Legal, Financial and other groups with feedback and inputs and articulate in draft, the points back to the Customer and discuss as appropriate. Negotiate complex terms and conditions directly with the Customer. Provide Deal Reviews and Summary’s at an Executive Level. Interface with internal company’s stakeholders. Obtain approvals for varying terms in accordance with the company’s policies. Assist Legal with other contracts, templates, reports and other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have University Degree in Law, Business or related discipline Masters preferable. Paralegal or other related education. IACCM, Caucus or other Contract Management related courses or training preferred. Must have 7-10 years of experience in contracting preferably in High Technology, Software and/or Telecom. 10+ years concurrent Business Experience. Customer facing negotiation experience preferred. Experience in preparing and controlling all drafting for Frame Contracts and Schedules. Review and drafting experience for Frame, Services, Supply Agreements, Subcontracts, LOI’s and MOU’s, NDA’s, Parental Guarantees, Notice Letters, etc. Fluency in English and knowledge of other European languages is preferable. Ability to find sound commercial and business solutions to contractual problems/issue. Capable to provide key recommendations, to assist in the closure of the contracts. Experienced interacting with Customers directly. Ability to clearly articulate legal and contracting concepts to Customers. Proficiency with reviewing, negotiating, drafting and interpretation of contracts.
