Attorney - Procurement The candidate will deliver proactive, proven security solutions and services that protect systems, networks, and mobile devices for business and personal use around the world. Will provide legal support and strategic direction to dynamic, agile, and fast-paced organization. Lead teams and work collaboratively with sourcing managers, clients, and key stakeholders to secure the supply of products, services, and intellectual property rights in support of Intel Security’s business. Advise clients and key stakeholders on all legal matters throughout the procurement process. Negotiate and draft complex procurement agreements, including but not limited to direct and indirect purchase and supply agreements and technology license agreements. Provide contract analysis and strategy to clients on key procurement agreements. Work collaboratively with sourcing managers to lead the contracting process. Review and assist clients with resolving supplier disputes. Provide counsel on risk mitigation strategies. Develop course materials and conduct training for sourcing managers and other clients. Must have experience in procurement transactions and business counseling to lead the legal support to Intel Security’s direct and indirect procurement from Santa Clara, California or Plano, Texas.
