Contracts Professional The candidate will be drafting, negotiating and administering a wide variety of complex technology agreements and standard agreements with commercial entities, educational institutions, non-US national or regional government entities worldwide. Will draft, manage required approvals, negotiate, and bring to execution a high volume of standard and non-standard external party agreements, including technology licenses, joint study agreements, confidential disclosure agreements. Drafting, editing, and proofing skills to ensure Business and Government Relations (BGR) management and adjacent resources, including General Counsel and IP Law, are efficiently utilized and final documents released to external parties are of consistently high quality. Manage and enforce Contracts Management Process and control points, including timely adoption of process changes and updated procedures as issued by BGR. Contribute to improved BGR response times and throughput by identifying bottlenecks and other operational impediments and recommending process improvements or new approaches that enable greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction metrics. Should have a Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree in Law is preferred. Must have 2+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Licensing. Advanced knowledge of legal and intellectual property concepts and issues is needed. English fluency required.
