Senior Corporate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including reseller and customer agreements, professional services and managed services agreements, and counseling on various areas of the law. Will provide general counseling to executive management on various aspects of business and be the “go to†person on matters not handled by the General Counsel. Provide a full range of legal expertise and will likely be involved from time to time with litigation and disputes, general employment, real estate, compliance and other company matters. Review, draft and negotiate contracts. Provide general counsel to business and operations clients, manage litigation.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school with active Bar membership, in good standing in any US state and ability to gain admission to the Ohio Bar. Must have 5-10 years of legal experience. Experience in general business counseling and transactional counseling (contract negotiations/U.C.C.) is needed.
