Temporary Commercial Contracts - Financial Institution Paralegal The candidate will provide legal and contracts coverage on a broad range of commercial transactions across a variety of functional areas, including Travel, Professional Accounting/Advisory/Audit Services, Facilities Management, Learning and Development, Project Management (Design and Construction), Events, Amenities, Security, Information Management, and Multi-media. Will draft, review, comment upon and approve legal documents, including commercial contracts, service agreements, consultant agreements, construction contracts, engagement letters, variations and addendum, task orders and letter agreements. Respond to counter party comments on legal documents. Advise internal clients on global legal policy and legal/commercial risk issues. Assist in the organization and maintenance of form/template contracts. Ensure compliance with current company processes and procedures. Prepare contract abstracts/summaries. Law degree or other legal experience is required. Should have 5+ years of experience negotiating and advising on all types of commercial contracts, including consulting agreements and service agreements. Experience representing financial services firms and/or language skills a plus.
