Compliance Attorney - Labor and Employment The candidate will ensure all labor and employment laws, rules, and regulations are researched. Once pertinent topics are discovered, will champion the process to get them approved and implemented in the system for clients. Research all labor and employment related laws and regulations, including all federal, state, and local laws. All laws are prioritized to ensure the most important changes are funneled to senior management. Specification of laws are communicated for development. Development is presented to multiple committees for final approval. Assist other inside counsel with various projects and tasks. Regular attendance as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Should have a J.D. degree and be a licensed Oklahoma attorney. Must have 5-10 years of experience practicing law. Legal researching and contract drafting and negotiating skills are required. Labor and employment law, and/or corporate law background is preferred. Intellectual property experience is desired.
