Client Development Associate The candidate will maintain consistent communication with clients and continue to develop new opportunities and new relationships. Will develop new relationships within existing accounts/ broaden scope of business with existing clients. Grow revenue and expand services. Get client references. Lead the development and maintenance of account relationships including relationship strategy, revenue, as well as tracking relationship building items. Lead the client planning session preparation, including agenda development, research, materials gathering and consolidation, coordinate the account team (based on needs; i.e., PM, SA), logistics and capture notes. Work with clients to document workflow, forms and reporting requirements and implement the client specific solutions work with the development teams to estimate cost and time. Assist with the demonstration of product features to external clients (Dashboard, Tracer). Work with PMs to prioritize and schedule fixes, improvements and enhancements. Create playbooks when necessary. Deal with escalations (issues). Make internal resource recommendations. Where necessary, maintain a task log to keep everyone on track and informed. Share with the client during monthly reporting. Drive follow through and follow up on client's or internal tasks. Ensure SLAs are being met. Uncover issues and push for resolution. Lead project kick off calls for new projects and recommend who should attend the call and suggest add on services (attorney review or analytics). Organize CLEs or Lunch and learns: venue, topic (with the field representative), work with marketing on invite, catering, and tracking of attendees. Responsible for being in front of client regularly. Serve as the voice and advocate of the customer across company. Participate in weekly sales team meetings. Bachelor's degree is required. Must have 2+ years of experience in the e-discovery or litigation support industry. Should have 5 years of experience as a paralegal or Litigation support professional. Strong understanding of EDRM and Litigation Lifecycle a plus.
