Business Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare, review, analyze and organize documents in connection with litigation matters. Will provide clear and complete work direction to LAAs, Case Assistants, clerks and other support staff as necessary. Monitor on-going case activity and pending deadlines utilizing information retrieval tools. Maintain and update case files, form files and specific reference libraries or resources within the group. The candidate should preferably have a paralegal certificate and/or a four-year college degree. Must have 3-5 years of complex litigation experience. Should have knowledge and commitment in the use of technology for litigation support, document management and trial preparation. Must have ability to be flexible in work hours depending on demands of work load and case needs. Should have willingness to travel.
