We are looking for an attorney with 0-3 years of legal experience with excellent verbal & written skills in Spanish. We will also consider a law graduate who is pending admission. Excellent writing, research, and organization skills are a must. We specialize in unaccompanied minors, including special immigrant juveniles, political asylum, and other forms of removal defense. Our clients are predominantly Central Americans fleeing violence. Our work is extremely rewarding and we are seeking someone who is passionate about human rights. Duties would involve frequent appearances in Immigration Court, Family Court (for SIJS cases only), and asylum interviews, as well as preparing affidavits, petitions, motions, briefs, and applications for relief.
