Bankruptcy and Restructuring Attorney The candidate must have 2-4 years of pqe. Should preferably have experience representing various stakeholders in chapter 11 business cases and out of court restructurings, including senior lenders, debtors, creditors and equity committees, asset purchasers, and liquidating trusts. The ability to provide counsel on M&A, related real estate agreements regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation management, labor and employment, environmental, and intellectual property matters as part of bankruptcy proceedings is a plus. Should preferably have also have experience representing buyers and sellers in Section 363 sales under the US Bankruptcy Code and will have experience drafting restructuring plans.
