Wealth Management Senior Fiduciary Advisory Specialist The candidate will be primary contact for coordination for Investment and Fiduciary Services; serves as subject matter expert in Fiduciary advice. Delivers advisory based services to clients with highly complex Wealth Management (WM) planning needs in collaboration with clients, partners and Centers of Influence. Grows and retains Wealth Management relationships by integrating fiduciary knowledge, wealth planning, investment knowledge (asset allocation, multiple asset class usage, risk management), and client acquisition skills. Acquires new high net worth client (HNW) and ultra high net worth relationships through consistent profiling on the 12 Wealth Management Issues and needs assessment. Includes: Adhering to the Tactical Sales Process, Client Discovery Review (CDR), profiling, estate plan and wealth transfer document review and cash flow analysis, selecting appropriate strategies and taxation. Conversant in all aspects of Specialized Wealth Services (SWS); may specialize in some areas. May serve as Relationship Manager or partner with a Wealth Advisor (or other Relationship Manager) in serving HNW relationships. Takes a full balance sheet approach when sourcing new business including identifying and referring new credit, deposit and/or brokerage opportunities. Actively participates in the delivery of quality client events. Engages in Wealth Management conversations, applies tax and transition strategies, introducing Wealth Planning Strategists/ Planners for complex or comprehensive planning engagements and SWS Specialists for appropriate solutions, enabling clients to leverage and protect the value of their estates. Applies in depth knowledge of each of the 12 Wealth Management Issues, and needs assessment to evolve the advice cycle. Focuses on clients with a minimum net worth of $5MM or as determined by management. Introduces Wealth Planning Strategists for wealth plans above $5MM. May act as team lead and/or manager. Collaborates with Center Administration team on compliance/risk issues. Developing new and expanding current Wealth Management relationships is a key function of the role.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should preferable have J.D. or CTFA. Must have demonstrated experience in wealth management with clients with net worth $5mm. Should have 10+ years of financial and/or estate planning experience in Wealth Management arena. Client management relationship experience are needed. Must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with company policies related to these requirements. The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Should have extensive knowledge of financial and estate planning, fiduciary/trust, wealth transfer, leverage strategies, multiple asset class usage, asset allocation strategies, taxation, and broad knowledge of fiduciary law and federal regulations. Should have strong communication and presentation skills.
