eDirector, Retirement and Wealth Strategies Duties: Support and promote the sale of company suite of investment products through advanced retirement and wealth planning strategies. Acts as a consultant and liaison to the sales force, and a business partner to their advisors, by communicating, identifying, and helping to close sales opportunities. Mentor, provides guidance, and trains other staff members. Communicate retirement and wealth strategies concepts to wholesalers and representatives over the phone and in person. Conduct retirement and wealth strategies presentations on advanced sales concepts. Generate specific case illustrations for wholesalers and representatives in their territory. Develop and manage a business plan to enhance sales in assigned territory. Develop retirement and wealth strategies presentations, marketing materials, and white papers. Draft summaries, articles, and presentations that address product, industry, and regulatory issues. Respond to, follow up on, and make outbound calls to support sales. Conduct research and stay abreast of industry and regulatory changes to support consulting activities and the development of marketing materials. Conduct continuing education programs. Provide training to Sales Desk employees, external wholesalers and other associates. Provide training and assistance to less experienced RAWS consultants. Set the example for RAWS conduct, commitment, and performance. Support VP with management of unit as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Series 6 and 63 required. Series 7 preferred. J.D., LLM, CFP, ChFC, CLU, or CFA preferred. 5+ years experience in financial services sales or consultation. Expertise in annuities, mutual funds, and other investment related sales strategies.
