Advisory Ctr Trust Advisor II Duties: Directly administers Personal Trust accounts including personal trusts, estates, investment management, custodial and guardianship accounts in conformance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and the terms of the underlying document. Serves as a part of the Relationship Management Team working closely with Client Advisor’s, Wealth Strategists, Portfolio Managers and external Advisors to define and meet clients' tax, financial, estate planning, and banking goals and objectives. Handles administrative duties including cash management, trouble shooting, and ensuring proper documentation of files and the Edge system. Responds to customer inquiries and processes client requests in accordance with company standards and time-frames. Initiates annual communication with clients in accordance with company standards to identify opportunities for additional bank products and coordinates the delivery of services to meet client needs. Conducts annual Reg-9 reviews and coordinates tax matters for assigned accounts including 1099s, 1041s, and others as appropriate. Administering approximately 250-300 Personal Trust accounts with average book of business of $2.5mm in revenue and a market value of $157mm.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Undergraduate or Law degree in Fiduciary Administration will be considered. CTFA Certification or CFP highly desired. 3 years of experience as a relationship manager in the Fiduciary Services, Private Wealth, or Institutional Investment Management industry or 2 years experience in a Fiduciary Services Support role. Experience working with investment products. Basic knowledge of estate planning, fiduciary and tax laws. Solid analytical skills including legal document interpretation skills. Possess solid deposit/general banking knowledge to effectively coordinate the delivery of standard bank products such as deposits, credit cards, mortgages, etc to assigned clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid client service skills with the ability to retain and develop client relationships. Well organized and flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong computer skills; working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. Experience working with Trust Financial Software. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills preferred.
