Card Services Senior Process Manager of Pricing Control The candidate will develop and manage Credit Card portfolio pricing controls including policies and execution strategies. Will recommend and implement strategic pricing control initiatives, ensuring initiatives are thoroughly documented, tested and are regulatory compliant. Manage one or more managers or analysts in the strategy, design and execution of pricing initiatives. Mitigate risks that could impact the firm's reputation through identification and implementation of pricing policies and procedures. Manage the money rates update process to ensure prime rate changes are properly updated in the Core processing system. Partner with major business unit senior managers on credit card pricing issues. Manage Canada pricing activities and serve as a primary US pricing resource to the Canada pricing team. Oversee Canada monthly account pricing (formula, actions, disclosures, etc.) audits to ensure pricing is working as designed and take corrective action, as required. Oversee on-going daily Canada pricing health checks and KRI's to ensure key financial and control processes are working accurately. Manage Card Services fee and interest refund policy and reporting. Serve as the subject matter expert and partner with the Customer Service organization to ensure policy adherence and accurate systemic changes. Monitor and update pricing disclosures and communications such as customer statements, card member agreements, servicing letters, and customer service web content. Lead revenue and expense forecasts for pricing activities (e.g., change in terms campaigns) and partner with Finance organization to incorporate projections into budget. Manage approval process for executive office card member annual percentage rate reduction requests. Develop presentations and recommendations specific to the growth, profitability, and regulatory/compliance objectives. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or law discipline is required. Must have 5-7 years of experience in pricing management, disclosure management, audit / control / compliance, and preferably in a credit card environment. Strong management and project management skills including credit card regulator interaction and regulatory knowledge needed. Should have credit card pricing audit, compliance, and or control experience and prior interaction with regulatory agencies, internal and external auditors.
