Financial Services Regulatory Associate The candidate should have 2-4 years of regulatory experience in the financial services area. Must have experience with matters involving at least one of the following areas: Investment Company Act of 1940 and regulations promulgated thereunder, Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulations promulgated thereunder, Securities Act of 1933 and state securities laws and regulations promulgated thereunder and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and regulations promulgated thereunder with respect to broker dealer regulation, including FINRA regulation, and State insurance laws and regulation, with a focus on insurance company operations, investments and life and annuity products. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills, including journal experience, is required. Must be admitted to practice in D.C. or Florida. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
