PW Market Manager Fiduciary Responsibilities: Provide senior leadership from a fiduciary perspective to the Head of Asset Management and Trust Advisors. Define growth strategy for the fiduciary business. Oversee and manage fiduciary administration, estate settlement and guardianship business. Opine on the acceptance of new fiduciary opportunities. Manage, mentor and coach Trust Advisors and Associates to promote sound fiduciary practices while growing the business. Focus on talent management as the complexity of the business increases over time. Partner with market managers and staff in all regions. Grow the Bank’s fiduciary business through internal and external networking contacts as well as collaboration with market managers and senior advisors. Increase /grow estate settlement and guardianship businesses. Serve as the “Face†of The Fiduciary Practice in markets: Establish outreach program for individual and group law firms; Increase awareness in our markets around our trust capabilities with external law firms and professional advisory firms; Partner with Head of Asset Management and CIO to create a series of client / COI /prospect seminars touching on estate and financial planning, investments, and retirement planning. Take to Chicago, Michigan, St. Louis and Milwaukee markets. Speak at CEPC events to further our exposure; Make the bank of choice for prospects and attorneys drafting their estate plans.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: JD Degree with an Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting. 10+ years of prior experience in a fiduciary administration and business development and trust counsel role with relationship management responsibilities. Excellent knowledge of fiduciary and consumer regulations and best practices. Excellent managerial and leadership skills with substantive experience required. Strong organizational, time management and multiâ€tasking skills as well as detailâ€oriented. Consistently exhibits good judgment. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Proficient on all IT applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Adobe).
