Attorney The candidate will join Office of Legal Compliance (OLC) to assist in company’s continuing commitment to comply with laws, regulations and policies governing its business, finance, and accounting activities globally. As part of the OLC Investigations Team, the primary responsibilities of this role include: Identify cases appropriate for lower level resolution and refer matters to various institutional groups to manage. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross group teams to enable efficient referrals and reporting. Conduct quality control of investigation reports issued by global team to ensure consistent application of standards and capture of relevant data and corrective action. Maintain highest level of data integrity in opening and closing investigations in support of robust data analytics and reporting, including drafting case summaries for executive reports. Lead cross functional virtual team to drive effective sharing of actionable data and lessons learned during, and at the conclusion, of investigations. Should have J.D. (Juris Doctorate) or international law degree. Must have 5+ years of compliance program management experience. Should have familiarity and experience in dealing with compliance programs and/or internal investigations in a multi-national company or other large complex organization. Must have ability to analyze complex financial, business, and legal issues and communicate them in a clear and concise fashion. Should have outstanding analytical, organizational, writing and oral communication skills, as well as strong record of effective cross-group collaboration in a diverse and matrixed environment. Prior in-house experience with a public company and/or law firm experience working with Internet or high technology companies is preferred. Proven ability to work with teams and partners across multiple geographies is preferred.
