Seeking a Business Law (Commercial Transactions) Staff Attorney with 2+ years of experience handling technology-related agreements, such as software license agreements (including support and maintenance) and professional services agreements for technology, engineering and/or development-related services, and commercial contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services. Large law firm experience is preferred. Strong academic performance and writing skills are required. Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar.
