Career Global Practice Leader, Human Resource Services The candidate will create a credible vision for the Career practice, develop a robust strategy to achieve that vision and, ultimately, oversee the successful execution of that strategy. Keep up with industry trends and is a thought leader internally and externally for the Career practice area. Manage the Career Practice’s financials and operations, and be accountable for the Career Practice’s ongoing forecast, pipeline, service-delivery performance and financial results. Successfully manage practice utilization and billing targets. Expand and develop company’s HR Services business and revenues, maintaining profitability and successful service delivery at the Career Practice and client level. Collaborate and support Career Practice initiatives, including working across geographies and other company’s HR Services practice areas, developing and delivering innovative solutions to our clients, contributing to thought leadership and building a reputation internally and in the global market. Coordinate with human resources to ensure proper staffing actions, employee opportunities and career growth within the Practice. Partner with marketing to promote awareness of and demand for existing and new products. Improve business relationships with existing and prospective clients as an Executive Sponsor, using cross-selling and consultative techniques. Grow the Career Practice’s offerings and develop operational enhancements within existing products to improve quality and increase productivity. Connect with local/regional/global Services leadership, client managers and SMEs to help promote Career Practice services. Network effectively across the broader organization to leverage client relationships, internal services and solutions as well as to increase operational efficiency and mitigate corporate risk. Lead and grow a high performing team of consultants; foster people development through leadership and example.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree & M.B.A; Law Degree and CEBS certification. Must have 15+ years of Career consulting leadership.
