Min 10 yrs required
Government Contract Attorney The candidate must have 10+ years of government contract experience. A strong book of business is preferred. Prior government service is desirable. Some litigation experience and strong business development skills are also desirable. Must be very familiar with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and agency supplements, as well as relevant federal court and agency decisions, and federal procurement policy including OMB guidance. Candidate having experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: bid protests, the Contract Disputes Act, the False Claims Act, public/private partnerships, Small Business Administration regulations and contracting, General Services Administration regulations and contracting, intellectual property rules and regulations, federal grants, SBIR and STTR contracting, cost principles/CAS and DCAA audits, debarment and suspension actions, information/cyber security, and federal government contract compliance and enforcement. State level procurement experience will be an asset. Must have an outstanding academic record with strong drafting and negotiating skills, and attention to detail.
